Please note that this advertised plan is not a health insurance policy. This is NOT Insurance. It provides discounts at certain health care providers for medical services. The advertised plan members are obligated to pay for all the health care service since the advertised plan does not make payments directly to the providers of the medical services. You will however receive a discount from those health care providers who have contracted with the discount plan organization. Termination of membership: The member may cancel the membership within 30 days after joining the health care card program and the member will receive a refund of all the membership fees paid to the discount health care card program other than money paid as a nominal one-time enrollment fee or money paid by the member to a provider for health care services or products received. (enrollment fee is refunded in the required states).
