Say Goodbye to Joint Pain

(ARA) - Millions of Americans suffer from more than 100 different types of arthritis. Joint and back pain are common ailments in our country, and whether you've experienced them once or a hundred times, you know that they can impact your life in a big way.

Sore, achy muscles, tension and limited joint range can cause us to limit the activities that we love to do. According to the Arthritis Foundation, 46 million Americans, or 1 in 5 adults, suffer from arthritis or chronic joint symptoms.

Many, even after consulting with a doctor, continue to experience pain and discomfort. If you've found yourself looking for relief without an answer, there are some things you can do that can make a difference.

First, always use your joints properly, even when doing everyday tasks. Use proper methods for bending, lifting, reaching, sitting and standing. Avoid activities that hurt your joints and ask for help if necessary.

Additionally, maintaining a proper body weight and exercising helps to strengthen your muscles and joints and will help in reducing pain and increasing endurance. Remember to pace yourself and listen to your body for fatigue.

Treating pain with heat and cold treatments can make a dramatic difference. Cold helps to reduce inflammation and swelling and heat relaxes your muscles and stimulates blood circulation. Kenneth J. Wepman, a doctor of podiatric medicine (DPM) at the American Foot Clinic in Long Beach, Calif., found his patients were benefiting from a treatment product called Stopain.

"When one of my patients mentioned to me that Stopain spray relieved her chronic knee pain, I ordered some to try in my practice. What I have found is a plethora of uses for this topical analgesic formula," he says.

Sue A. Mayes, a physical therapist assistant (PTA) at the Physical Therapy Clinic in Lake Charles, La., found similar results. "We have found Stopain to be successful in helping to alleviate complaints of pain and discomfort in patients who report with multiple diagnosis including low back pain, cervical and shoulder pain," she comments.

Stopain is an over-the-counter product with a patented formula called Invisicare that allows ingredients to bond to the skin and provides deep-penetrating, long-lasting pain relief. This delivery method allows the product to be effective longer, so you can enjoy its benefits without having to constantly reapply.

Stopain is available in three different application types: spray, roll-on and cream. Stopain formulas include two natural supplements known for their ability to improve joint health and reduce inflammation: MSM (in all formulas) and glucosamine (in spray and roll-on).

Mary, who lives in Colorado, found this method effective for her arthritis pain. "I have used your product Stopain for my lower back pain (osteoarthritis) and swear it is the best product on the market, prescription or otherwise. I recommend this product to many who experience pain in their knees, shoulders, back, etc., and everyone agrees it is truly a miracle product."
