According to the Greenbay Press Gazette, second grade students at Suring Elementary School in Wisconsin were recently treated to free dental care services through the Oconto County Seal-A-Smile (SAS) program, which is funded by the state's Division of Public Health and Children's Health Alliance of Wisconsin.
