Need Help Getting Student Loans?
Updated: 10/5/2007 2:06:15 PM

(ARA) - Students and parents who need financial aid for college tuition and expenses have many sources of financial support to choose from. Federal student aid is available for most everyone, as well as private loans that cover necessary school expenses that federal aid does not. However, sifting through all the information and finding the best approach to obtain the funding is not so easy.

Federal student loans are funded by the federal government and provide financial help for students enrolled in schools that participate in federal aid programs. These loans cover school tuition and living expenses if the school has a dormitory where the student will live.

Private student loans supplement federal loan programs and are available from schools, banks and educational loan organizations. They will help cover expenses such as books, laptops, travel to and from school, and other necessary education costs that aren't covered by federal loans.

These types of loans help students to stay focused on school by minimizing, if not eliminating the need for a full- or part-time job to supplement the student's income. "Having financial security during school helps the student tremendously so they can stay focused on their education," says Jake Vale, of eFinancialAid.org. "If the student has to work a lot to get by, their time and energy are stretched and their education suffers. We offer services so students and their families can quickly and easily get all the funding they need from one place and stay focused. Then they can get the most out of their education."

eFinancialAid.org provides information and services for federal and private student loans, loan consolidation, and more. Once you fill out the form you will receive a call from a lender in 24 to 48 hours, who can get you funds in as little as seven days. You'll also find information about the various types of student loans, from Parent Plus loans to Perkins loans.

Student loans are more affordable than at any other time in the history of the student loan program. "The combination of record low interest rates, increased government subsidies to borrowers and greater tax deductibility of student loan interest make student loans very affordable," remarks Vale.

eFinancialAid is there for people who need financial aid. Whether you're applying to schools or you're already in school and need extra money, eFinancialAid.org will help you get the funds you need.

Log on to www.eFinancialAid.org and fill out the simple online form to get the loan you need for school.
