Get a great dentist a thank-you gift
Updated: 12/28/2012 5:57:41 AM
People who have a dentist who goes above and beyond the call of duty should take the time to say thank you by giving him or her a gift. Even though the holiday season is almost over, people can still get their dental health professionals a nice gift to commemorate this time of year and show their appreciation for everything they do.
Recently, Dental Health Magazine published an article with some tips on what to buy a dentist for a gift. For example, there are many places that sell dental-themed ornaments in the shape of a tooth or a dentist's white coat. Online, you may be able to get these engraved for a particular person, which will give it a nice touch.
Also, dentists' offices are often notorious for offering patients old magazines and newspapers. This is why it may be a good idea to get a dentist a subscription so he or she can keep the magazines in the waiting room fresh.
Yahoo! recommends that if you have a male dentist, you might want to get him dental-themed cufflinks. Also, there are many coffee mugs that have something to do with dentistry.
