Step 1:

Join the DenteMax dental savings plan.

Step 2:

Find a participating dental provider and make your dental appointment. Be sure to login to your member's area to select your dentist in order to maximize your experience at the dentist.

Step 3:

Access your fee schedule prior to your dental visit to view your expected savings at the dentist.

Step 4:

Show your Membership ID Card (mobile or printed card) at each visit to ensure you receive your pre-negotiated discounts on your procedures.
