As a Tennessee Dental Plan member you are eligible to access the United Networks of America Massage Therapy Plan-Preferred Provider Network (P.P.N.) This plan will reduce your massage therapy expenses on all products and services. There are no annual or lifetime maximums, no claim forms to file, no exclusions, and there is no pre-authorization required. Choose a Provider from the list below to receive the scheduled member benefits. Make sure you tell the Provider that you are a member of the United Networks of America Massage Therapy Plan.
