Chiropractic Discount Program through Comprehensive Health Group
Members receive special reduced rates and immediate care when visiting a participating Chiropractic doctor. Chiropractic discounts not available in Texas.

How the Program Works:
1) Members choose a participating Chiropractic provider. 2) Members call to make an appointment with a participating provider. The member should advise the office that they are a Comprehensive Health Group member when calling for an appointment. 3) Member presents their membership card at their first appointment. 4) Member receives the discounted network price for services. 5) Payment is due at the time of service.
There are no claim forms, waiting periods or deductibles. Members may go to the doctor as soon as they'd like upon receiving membership card ... and go as often as needed.
This program is not a health insurance policy and the program does not make payments directly to the providers of health services. The program member is obligated to pay the chiropractic provider for all the health care services that the member will receive, but, the member will receive a pre-negotiated discount from the chiropractic providers listed in the network, in accordance with the specific pre-negotiated discounted fee schedule. This program provides discounts at certain chiropractic locations for health services.
