You pay the discounted fees directly to the dentist at the time of service. This is a simple way to get great quality dental care at discounted fees. Sonrisas Plan Dental is designed to improve access to care for Hispanic children and as such provides a separate, lower children's fee schedule to encourage parents to bring them to the dentist. toll-free at (888) 632-5353 with the ADA Code of the procedure and we can provide
the discounted fee.
