Once you're a member, you will be provided with a complete schedule of benefits with discounted fees for many common dental procedures. In Colorado and Maryland, Plan members are required to pay $1.00 for each oral exam and bitewing x-ray. In Washington members are required to pay a $10 fee for oral exams and bitewing x-rays.
