There is only one dentist in our area that accepts the plan we have with DentalPlans.com. Thankfully, he is an awesome dentist and he started doing orthodontics last year, just in time for us to really need it for our teenage son. We are saving 25% on braces and with 4 kids, that's a great deal!

I have checked out Dental Plans vs Dental Insurance...Dental Plans win hands down. You really pay less since the annual fee is so reasonable compared to premiums. The discounts are about the same as the coinsurance would be, so you are paying the same. No deductible. The biggest benefit is that there is no annual cap so you can continue getting work done and don't have to wait until the following year.

I grind my teeth in my sleep, and unfortunately, I fractured a tooth with my grinding. I needed a crown on the tooth, but because I'm in the middle of a "waiting period" with my dental insurer, none of it would be covered. I couldn't afford the full price of the crown, and one of the folks at my dentist's office recommended Dental Plans. It brought the cost of my crown down by almost $500. I am very, very pleased :)

I’m probably one of the biggest fans of DentalPlans.com. Sometimes something seemingly “Too good to be true” is really true! DentalPlans.com saved me a whopping $2341.00 in 2012! I changed dentists and found out I needed a LOT of dental work. Besides the initial examination, x-rays, and cleaning, I needed two extractions and three crowns by a dentist and evaluation and dental surgery by a periodontist for a total of $4,586.00. The dentist’s receptionist told me about DentalPlans.com. I didn’t think pre-existing conditions would be covered, but DentalPlans.com set me up with a program that started immediately, and I saved over half of the estimated cost (talk about “too good to be true” actually being true!)

I am so happy that I bought a plan through you guys. After 3 pregnancies with Hyperemesis and a 10 1/2 tumor that was killing me...I thought my teeth were a lost cause.
