A discount dental plan must be purchased and you must be an active member of the Delta SkyMiles program for miles to be awarded. Miles will not be awarded if purchase is combined with other discounts or savings promotions or if purchase is refunded within 30 days. Please allow 8-10 weeks from sign-up and qualification for miles to post to your SkyMiles account.
