In an effort to provide dental care to veterans with little or no dental insurance, the Illinois Department of Veteran Affairs has donated $50,000 to the Lake County Veterans Assistance Commission's dental program. For the third year in a row, the program has received funding to increase the number of free dental services currently provided, according to the Daily Herald.
